Entertainment at the front door

Meeting Place at "Heißn-Wiese"

Sledging on the Alpe di Siusi
And what do the children of Siusi on school-free winter afternoons? Well, they have the circulating aerial lift to the Alpe di Siusi practically right in front of them, and the ascent takes less than a quarter of an hour. And once they've reached the top, they find themselves in a idyllic world of winter sports. But the village, itself, has lots of opportunities for fun when the big "Heissn-Wiese" in the center of town is covered with a thick blanket of snow. When you watch the little ones climbing up a snowy hill and then sliding gleefully down again, you understand that children don't need lots of equipment and organization to have the times of their lives in the snow.

Meeting Place at "Laghetto di Fiè"

The finish line of the natural tobogganing course, whose sinuous path leads down the only moderately steep slopes from Tuff-Alm, is to be found at the "Laghetto di Fiè". The ascent – through the romantic, snow-covered forest – takes less than an hour, and then the fun can really begin! They ride their sleds down into the valley in pairs, lying on their bellies, or even linked up to form chains – a truly awesome experience. (By the way: Toboggans are also available for rent at the Tuff-Alm!)
