Hobby bakers, and would-be hobby bakers, will get to know all the secrets of baking strudel on the strudel course. 

Guided hike
Our hike will take you to S. Osvaldo where you can sample home-made apple juice, on to the farm 'Pflegerhof' to visit the herbal garden and finally to the restaurant "S. Osvaldo" where you will bake strudel and enjoy it in convivial company.
